Shipping
The utmost care goes into packaging and shipping your purchase. For most of our items, shipping is FREE to ship to any address in the Continental U.S. We do charge additional fees for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii and those charges are listed in the check out portion of our website.
In general, we use FedEx to ship our items. If another carrier is needed it is noted in the item listing. We insure any item over $25 and we do require a signature at the time of delivery. A tracking number is sent to you when your item is shipped. All of these processes help to guarantee that your item arrives safely and securely to you.
We do our best to ship items within 1-2 business days of completed payment. If you have not received your item within 2 weeks of payment please contact us immediately so that we may determine the status of your order.
Returns Policy
Returns are accepted only after a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been issued by Laptop Rescue. The RMA# must be visible on the outside of the return package. Any package shipped without an RMA# will be refused and returned to the sender.
To obtain an RMA# please contact us at info@laptop-resuce.com or use the form below. Please be sure to describe your reason for returning your item. Include your purchase date, the item purchased, and any additional information that may help us to diagnose the issue.
If a return is made under the warranty specifications of your purchase, a refund or replacement will be given. You will be notified of the refund/replacement once it is made.
If a return is made outside of the warranty specifications a 20% restocking fee will be charged prior to refunding the purchase price. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
