Description:
This laptop is ready to use when it is shipped! It has Windows XP Professional installed and activated, with the Certificate of Authenticity (COA) included on the bottom of the machine. Also installed are iTunes, Firefox internet browser and Open Office which contains word processing, spread sheet, presentation, drawing, and data base applications that are compatible with Microsoft Office. These machines come with a free 30-day trial of Norton Anti-virus. These machines also have built-in blue tooth capabilities.
These machines are perfect for word processing, email and internet browsing. An internal 802.11a/b/g wireless card is included for wireless surfing - on your at home wireless network or any wi-fi hot spot. A perfect machine for students.
These are used laptops. They are in very good shape. The machines are fully tested, screens look good - no dead pixels. There are minor cosmetic scratches or scrapes on both the lid and the base. These marks are consistent with daily use and are not severe. We have several to sell, the pictures are representative of the quality that you will receive. Our goal is happy customers.
Battery Condition:
The batteries sold with these machines are sold as is. We can not guarantee if the battery will hold a charge. You may need to purchase a new battery in order to use the machine without an AC adapter. New batteries cost approximately $50 or less online at www.amazon.com.
Terms:
Paypal, Visa, Master Card and Discover Card payments can be taken online when you complete your order. We also accept personal checks from valid Allina Employee checking accounts. Checks should be made payable to Laptop Rescue. Mailing information will be given during check out. Your machine will be shipped when payment is complete.
Verification of Allina employment through a valid Allina email account is required before shipment. Please use your Allina email address when checking out. Due to limited quantities please limit purchases to one computer per Allina employee household. Thank you.
Shipping:
Shipping for Allina Employees is FREE. We will ship to the address given during checkout. Please provide a street address as we can not ship to PO Boxes. FREE Shipping is available for Continental US addresses only. A signature is required upon delivery of all shipments.
Warranty Information:
We guarantee that the Laptop will work as described when it arrives to you. It is sold with a 60-day non-DOA warranty. Any hardware problem with the laptop must be reported via email within sixty (60) days of receipt of shipment. We will either replace or refund should a DOA situation occur.
An additional one-year warranty is available and recommended through Square Trade for approximately $55. This warranty, if purchased, will start on the 61st day after purchase. Please refer to www.squaretrade.com for rates and coverage information.
